Who are we?

Bywaters Photo Video trading as DigitalCameraExchange.co.uk is a successful, family run independent retailer based in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire. Our shop, within the Pavilion shopping centre serves customers from Bucks, Essex, Herts and Middlesex. The business has been trading for over 22 years and we are eagerly looking forward to our silver anniversary!

Only minutes away from the M25, we are close to junction 25 and the A10.

Apart from our many local customers, we also serve many businesses in the local area and have accounts with local authorities, schools and the police!

“If you can’t see it, we can get it! – if not, we’ll find out where you can get it!” – Our strength is in our sourcing, not only in products but in knowledge, with over 70 years of combined camera trade experience on our small, but dedicated team, we are always welcome to help with any questions or queries.

One of our greatest strengths is in our advice and expertise, especially useful for busy businesses, in particular we offer a bespoke service to estate agents, property developers and management companies in advice on equipment requirements, tailored to their needs.

Part Exchange

We love Part Exchange, we offer good trade-ins on all Digital, 35mm, Medium Format and most other Photography equipment, so we can get you upgraded to the latest and greatest technology.

Easy Peasy – All you have to do is send us an email with what you got and what you’re interested in and let us quote you.

If you’re happy with the quote, then post the goods to us, then subject to checking, we will then release the goods to you – we’ll even pick up the delivery costs for you, so you only have to pay delivery one way.

Quality controlled on our Kodak Digital Minilab, using Kodak Royal Gold paper.

We work closely with local councils, independent businesses and Emergency Services.

We can offer competitive prices and in store/out-of-store training on certain products, photography styles and post production techniques.
